The annual meeting of the Foundation membership is traditionally held on the last Wednesday of March each year. At that time, the membership elects new members for the Board of Directors, elects Foundation officers, and updates the Foundation bylaws as necessary.

The agenda and handouts for the meeting are available about two weeks prior to the meeting.
